Arcticom LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), provides comprehensive Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System Management Services supporting the State of Alask
a and the Department of Defense. Under the BSNC umbrella, Arcticom delivers enterprise-level communications expertise for the Alaska Land Mobile Radio (ALMR) network, including the management of remote satellite sites distributed across the state’s vast and challenging terrain.

s encompass full lifecycle system oversight, including system interface management for all user agencies, strategic planning for technology upgrades, and the implementation of operational enhancements to ensure long-term system reliability and interoperability. Our team supports mission-critical communications by enabling seamless coordination across diverse user groups.
Our highly skilled technical staff performs Integrated Operations and Maintenance (IO&M) Services for the ALMR system as part of the Pacific Mobile Emergency Radio System (PMERS) under the Homeland Security initiative. Through this effort, Arcticom delivers a comprehensive suite of services that ensures system availability, resilience, and performance. We also provide cooperative management and operational support that facilitates effective communication and coordination among Military, Federal, State, and Local agencies.
In addition, Arcticom collaborates closely with its sister company, Bering Straits Professional Services (BSPS), another BSNC subsidiary. BSPS supports the maintenance and operation of Deployable Communications Capability System (DCCS) for the Alaska Region and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska. This partnership strengthens BSNC’s overall capability to deliver flexible, deployable, and mission-ready communications solutions in support of national defense and emergency response operations.
