IDIQ Contract Schedule

Arcticom LLC, a Native-owned communications and technology solutions provider and subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), was awarded the AFIMSC Information Technology – Infrastructure Maintenance (IT-IM) IDIQ Contract by the Department of the Air Force to support critical communications and information technology infrastructure across Air Force installations.

Through this contract, Arcticom delivers a comprehensive range of services focused on sustaining mission-critical systems, enhancing operational readiness, and supporting evolving mission requirements, including:

  • Routine maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI)
  • Sustainment and lifecycle extension activities for communications and IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of system faults and performance issues
  • Replacement of obsolete, defective, or end-of-life equipment and components
  • Installation, integration, and modernization of new infrastructure to support emerging mission needs and technology refresh initiatives
  • Special projects and technical services that fall within the scope of IT infrastructure maintenance and sustainment
  • End-to-end project management, system engineering, and technical consulting services
